CATS Midtown East Coed Volleyball
When Ramon was told by his doctor that he needed to get regular exercise, he searched out a good fun way to get some cardio. Not caring for treadmills or stairclimbers, he started his own pick-up game of Volleyball among friends. What started out as a once a week game in 2006 has since expanded to a self-sustaining league with 800+ members playing 5 nights a week! Plus he's lost 15 lbs!
